The place or the scar?

Will you remember a horrific incident when those horrific incident left a wound that has become a scar in you? will you remember it by looking at those scar?

Some ppl say yes some say no. But to me the answer is no. because even i got scar i ll not clearly remember it or almost forget it. What makes me remember was the place where those incident happen. i ll remember it clearly. 

At first you will think that going to that place will make you crazy because ur mind remember it clearly each and every detail of those horrible incident that had happen.

And everytime u go to a place that was similar to the original place where the horrible incident happen, your mind also will remember it clearly,, at the end what you ll do is avoiding it by trying to forget it.

You might think avoiding can help you but it DIDN'T help you at all. You ll become even more anxious,fear,shock because you keep on thinking about it when you actually wanted to forget it so badly. The more you want to avoid it, the more it ll haunt you.

Human mind is really cruel, keep on imagining much more horrific things that make you feel more horrible when actually nothing has actually happen. The imagination is killing you slowly.

Now, when those horrible incident comes to your mind, what ll you do? 

for me, i ll just let it flow, if it comes to my mind then i ll just let it go and be positive to myself. Those incident already took a part of my mind, and i can't erase it from my mind, so what i gotta do is make that part smaller so that it wont bcm bigger and occupy my whole mind. gotta focus in other thing that is more important :D
