Consoling them that its gonna be alright.. just don't worry...
Sometimes, i do hope that people worry less.. The things that makes them worry is all the negative thoughts.. we tend to listen to our negative thoughts more than our positive thoughts..
Someone told me this "If I get a bad result for my medical test, than i decided to quit my job and go for a holiday." This statement is pretty interesting, don't you think?
This shows that, no matter how bad the situation is try to think positive..Solve it and think positive... Its not easy to think positive, because negative thoughts tend to conquer most of our mind..The nature of human mind.. but why don't you try to think positively like starting to make a holiday plan when u finish everything or think about those happy moments or start doing the things that you like...
The depression and worrying time ll end... There is a time for it to end.. :)
