Today, early in the morning, I woke up and started my day with making time for God: praying and read bible as always.
After done making sometime with God, I went downstairs and see my family. As usual grandpa will be doing his activity like feeding the fish, making chairs and repairing stuff outside and grandma on the other hand will be watching her favourite Hokkien drama which has unlimited episodes in the TV room. My auntie has gone to work, so only the three of us at home.
But now is a little bit different because my brother is here for holiday. So he helped my grandpa at home.
After preparing some breakfast for myself, I saw two ladies standing in front of the house and grandpa was talking to them. Well I thought maybe is someone who wants to ask about direction. But as I observe more, grandpa was having a hard time talking to them and my brother was filling up some paper form given from the ladies.
After that, I saw grandpa kinda confuse, so I decided to approach grandpa. Looking at me, grandpa asked me to talk to them. Well then, I talked and that moment they introduced themselves and said they are a korean church member from some church called the church of God. They came here to complete some survey and that's why my brother is filling the questionnaire form. But as I talked to them, they began to show me some videos about the world disaster and introducing me to some "passover holy communion" while waiting for my brother to finish filling up the questionnaire.
After my brother done, I thought it's all over but in fact grandpa invited them into the house because he thought I'm enjoying my chat with them and ask me to talk to them more. I was like "-.-".
As they talked to me, they become more and more interested because they know me and my brother are Christiant. At the same time they are somehow trying to persuade me and my brother to have this "passover holy communion". They involved some differentiation between this communion and another communion. Well I'm already a christiant and yet they wanted me to join for the "passover holy communion". Well knowing that, I refuse them in a polite manner because I'm not interested.
During lunch today, I went out with my brother to have some lunch near the house and around the lunch area there are many korean church member "hunting" for people to join them for the church & the communion.
Well I know it's not a bad thing because from the positive side they are just introducing Jesus Christ to the people around so that people know more but somehow it's a little bit over by persuading them to join because it depends on the person.
After that, brother told me something written in the bible about this stuff and somehow I realize it is true and it has happened. It has always happened.
