Mother

She is someone that bring you to this world. She suffers intense pain when delivering that tiny baby, and she go through that life and death moment, while praying in her heart that she choose to live and to bring you together with her although she has to endure that pain.

That pain gone, when she saw you cry for the very first time and she smile and said "my baby", with the tears of joy in her eyes, she embraces you gently while giving you the comfortable position to sleep by her side.

After quite sometime, you grow up to be a little kid. You are at the age of "naughty" stage where you are curious of everything and would like to always play and discover.
She is the one who got called by the teacher when you fight with other kids over toys. She is there looking at your crying face.
She tries her best to teach you the right thing even when you rebel against her. She is the one who patiently telling you the right thing. Although you do not understand.

You grow up to be a teenager, a time where you are at puberty stage. You want to know why you born to this world? What's the purpose? Those question about life keep coming to your mind. You told her that, and she only give you one answer "you are born because you have a very special role in this world". You don't understand. You even think its a silly thing.

This is the stage where you are finding yourself. Figuring out who you are, and what's that special role. Every time you feel down, you got no motivation, all you think is "hopeless, I am so hopeless". Your mom is there to motivate you. She is the one looking at your worst side and understand it better than anyone else, yet she said "you are good". You don't understand that.

You grow up to the adult stage where you will enter your university life. Your very first step to be independent. Your parents send you to oversea for study. You are scared, but your mom is even more afraid, yet she said "I know you can do it. You can do well there" with a sad and happy voice at the same time. You begin to understand and yes you know you can do it.

You graduated and start looking for a job, she is still there saying to you "try,I know you can".

Because she saw something good in you and understand it even when you don't understand it completely. She is there at every moment of your life. Thank you mom.

Happy Mother's Day!
