Even when I have set up schedule, it is still hard to do it. The hard part comes also from my very self.
So, I have picked up this running habit for nearly a month already. The first day of my running, it was a disaster for me because it's kinda too tough since I followed some beginner running program from www.runnersworld.com but it takes time for me to adjust.
Now, it is getting better and better but still it is getting tougher to deal with myself because there is a lot of excuses forming in my brain and it is just getting more irritating as times goes. Because the mind and body are refusing to pick up this new habit I am doing. I feel like I am discovering a new side of me that rebel though I know what I am doing is good and beneficial for me.
Well, definitely not easy, but I am sticking to this new habit, though the mind and body are refusing intensely.
