My personal opinion on this matter is to have your heart and mind at peace. There is no need to worry for tomorrow for tomorrow has its own problems.

I wonder how high a human being expectation can go? 

And the next question is, when you set your expectation high, are you prepared to accept the worse? 

Sure, you can easily accept the good as in expectation being fulfilled, but what about when it is not fulfilled?
